Key installation points of radiator thermostatic control valve

1. As the thermostatic valve needs to feel the indoor temperature, it must be ensured that the temperature bulb of the thermostatic valve is in a relatively open space with smooth air flow during installation. The temperature bulb of the built-in sensor must be installed horizontally instead of vertically. When the sensor is blocked by curtains, affected by the surface temperature of the heating pipe or cannot be installed vertically, the temperature bag of the external sensor must be used. Place it away from curtains and pipes, and connect it with the main valve body through its own capillary.
2. The valve body and pipeline are connected by thread, and the valve core can be replaced (special tools are required) when the system does not need to drain water. Therefore, there is a corresponding operating space around the thermostatic valve, which is firmly connected to the pipelines on both sides.
The radiator thermostatic radiator valve, referred to as TRV, is a special valve used in conjunction with the heating radiator. It can be used to set the indoor temperature manually. The temperature bulb can sense the ambient temperature to generate a self acting action. It can adjust the hot water flow through the radiator without external power to achieve a constant room temperature valve.
Subjectively, the self-supporting adjustment of the valve keeps the room temperature constant and improves the comfort of the indoor environment.
Objectively, the self-supporting regulation of the valve reduces the circulating flow of the system and reduces the energy consumption.
The radiator thermostatic control valve is installed on the water inlet pipe of each radiator. Users can adjust and set the room temperature according to the requirements for room temperature. According to its working principle, the thermostatic valve belongs to the proportional controller, that is, according to the deviation between the room temperature and the set value of the thermostatic valve, the valve can be opened or closed proportionally and steadily. The opening of the valve shall be kept at the position equivalent to the demand load, and the water supply shall be stable with the room temperature. Relative to a certain set value, the room temperature variation range of the thermostatic valve from fully open to fully closed position is called the proportional band of the thermostatic valve, usually 0.5 ℃ - 2.0 ℃.
