HY521 supports up to 8 separate heating zones, every zone matches one RF wireless room thermostat and one manifold thermal actuator via 433MHz RF wireless communication, no hard wiring required between wall thermostats and central control box.

When room temperature hits user preset value, the corresponding zone actuator powers off automatically to stop floor heating; once indoor temperature drops below target, the controller restarts heating circuit independently for single room, precise temperature regulation avoids unnecessary energy waste.

2. Boiler & Circulation Pump Auto Linkage (Core Selling Point)

Equipped with passive dry contact output for heat source linkage:

If any single zone calls for heating → HY521 auto triggers circulating pump and boiler to start working;

When all 8 zones reach set temp and stop heating → pump & boiler shut down synchronously to eliminate idle running of heating equipment, effectively cutting household heating running cost.

3. Optimal Wireless Design, Save Installation Cost

Compared with wired HY520 model, HY521 cancels thermostat hardwiring layout, installers no longer need to pre-lay signal cables from each room to manifold cabinet, shorten construction period greatly, ideal for finished house retrofitting floor heating where wall wiring is unavailable.

Optional built-in WIFI module supports Tuya smart remote control via mobile APP for remote temperature check & heating switch control.
